SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will gladly provide a full refund.  Product, at the customers expense, would need to be returned to us, unused and in its original condition.  A credit for a future purchase or an exchange will be given.  All returns and exchanges must happen within 30 days of purchase.

If a candle is damaged when shipped, you will need to send pictures of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged candle.  Once pictures are received, a refund or credit for a future purchase will be given.
